All Makes Autocentre, a brand new workshop fully installed with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment, enables us to specialise in MOT’s, servicing, repairs and tyre fitting on all makes of cars and vans, including light commercials. Our team comprises of highly experienced and qualified technicians who work to an excellent standard at competitive prices, using parts that match the quality of the original manufacturer.

Locality is the forefront of our expansion where we will continue to support the local community in events, sponsorship and charity work. With demand apparent for van MOTs, servicing and tyre fitting we are now able to provide these services. This has in turn created new employment opportunities for the local community, having recently employed five new employees.

We will be hosting events throughout the year at our premises, these will range from ladies days to open days; any suggestions from our customers are of course welcome.

Not only will we be ensuring that our actions support the local community in numerous ways, we will also be doing our bit to sustain the environment. We will be recycling all of our waste where possible, from tyres, plastic and metal to water.

We would like to welcome new and existing customers to our adventure, we are still family owned and we continue to maintain our brand ethos ‘…big enough to cope… small enough to care…’ where we endeavour to exceed our clients’ expectations for award winning Ford customer service and quality of work.

As I open the door I’m really welcomed! I ran a company car (Focus estate 1.6TDCI) for nearly six years, up to 136,000 miles, and found they were really straightforward, helpful, and welcoming, becoming people I would genuinely call friends. For Ford, I would use Brakes, and their reputation in the locality stands head and shoulders above large (Ford) dealers. (Big isn’t beautiful!) They would be my first choice for a new car, (or newer used). Brakes definitely live out their moto: Big enough to cope, small enough to care. It’s a people thing, it really is.

I was very pleased with the courtesy I received on arrival at the dealership..My car was serviced and Mot tested whilst I went shopping in Ilminster .On returning to the garage to collect I found the car ready in a timely manner and to my surprise had been fully valeted .
